To see all the reports you have scheduled to run on a regular basis, including ones other users have specified you as a recipient of, follow these steps:

Note: For details on the features of the Reports screen, go to Navigating the Reports Screen.

If your user role has the Scheduled Report Admin privilege, you will be able to see all the scheduled reports in your organization (by all users) using the procedure below. If you don't have that privilege, you will see only reports you scheduled yourself or were designated to receive by another user.

  1. Click  >> Reports.

    The Reports screen will appear.

  2. Click at the top right of the screen.

The Scheduled Reports screen will appear, listing all the reports you have scheduled to run. They will be sorted by when the next run is planned to occur.

The Search box at the top enables you to search for individuals who are being sent scheduled reports via email (for example, if you need to remove one who no longer needs the report). (See Searching for Report Recipients.)

The icons in the grid will do the following:
Note: You may notice that most of the grid icons are grayed out for reports you didn't schedule yourself (but were assigned as a recipient of). This is because you can only view a report that someone else created, scheduled, and allowed you to see. You will only have the other options for the reports you yourself created (or if you have the Scheduled Report Admin privilege).
    • : Opens the parameters screen for the report, allowing you to change the options and run the report again with those modifications.
Note: This will be just one instance of the report with the adjustments. This will not change the scheduled report's parameters going forward. If you want a scheduled report with the changed options, you can create a new schedule for it (and delete the originally scheduled report — or keep both versions). (See Scheduling a Report.)
    • : Opens the Schedule Report window, in which you can edit the schedule settings — for example, if you need to remove a recipient. (See Changing a Scheduled Report's Name, Timetable, Recipients, or Secure FTP Settings for details.)

    • : Opens the report results as they were last run per the schedule.

    • : Deletes the scheduled report in its entirety, so no future instances of it will be run. You'll be warned first with a confirmation dialog box.

  • Here is an explanation of the grid's column headers:

    • Schedule Name: The name given to the scheduled version of the report to describe it more specifically than just the report name, such as Idle Daily Detail - Monday for Last Week.

    • Report Name: The specific name of the report, such as Idle Daily Detail by Vehicle.

    • Scheduled By: The user who scheduled the report. When another user schedules a report and lists you as a recipient, that user's name will appear here. (Also, if your user role can view everyone's scheduled reports, you'll see all the users who have set up a schedule.)
Note: If you are receiving a report you don't need, you can contact that user and ask to be removed from the recipients' list. You can refer them to the article Changing a Scheduled Report's Name, Timetable, Recipients, or Secure FTP Settings if necessary. (You won't be able to delete the report yourself, as only the  grid icon will be available to you.)
    • Frequency: How often the report will be run and on what days.

    • Last Run: The date and time the report was most recently run.

    • Next Run: The date and time of the upcoming instance of the report.

    • Status: The current state of the report, such as Complete for a finished report. A value of In Progress means that the report is still running; you'll generally only see this for a long-running report (with thousands of rows of results).

  • And these are the options at the top right of the screen:

    • : Opens the Dashboards screen, which will show dashboards with overview data about your fleet — both prebuilt ones provided by CalAmp K-12 and customized ones you created yourself. (For more details, see Viewing a Dashboard and Creating a Custom Dashboard.)

    • : Returns you to the Reports screen.

    • :Opens the Report History screen, which lists all the reports you've run in the past 30 days and offers options to view, rerun, edit, and schedule them. (See Viewing Your Report History.)

    • : Opens the Saved Reports screen, which lists reports you've saved and those of other users who included you in their list of recipients. (See Viewing Your Saved Reports.)

  • Along the bottom of the screen are icons that enable you to navigate through the pages of data. See Paging Options for an explanation of these.
