To view the reports you've run over the course of the last 30 days (your Report History), follow these steps:

  1. Click  >> Reports.
     
    The Reports screen will appear.
     
     
  2. Click  at the top right of the screen.
     
    The Report History screen will appear and list the CalAmp K-12 reports you've run in the past (showing 30 days' worth), with the most recent on top.
       
    The icons in the grid will do the following:
     
    • : Opens the report results as you last ran them (showing the exact same data).
       
    • : Reruns the report with the same parameters, which will return new data if you originally used a common date range such as Last Week, if it is now a later date (so "last week" is a different time frame from when you first ran the report). If you previously entered specific dates, such as 2/18 through 2/20, this will return identical data, as it's asking for the exact same days' information.
       
    • : Opens the Schedule Report window, in which you can modify the schedule for the report. This will be grayed out if the report was run manually; only report instances that ran per a schedule will have this icon enabled. (See Changing a Scheduled Report's Name, Timetable, Recipients, or SFTP Settings, starting with step 5.)
       
    • : Opens the parameters screen for the report, allowing you to change the options and run the report again with those adjustments.
       
    • : Deletes that instance of the report results from your Report History.
       
  • Here is an explanation of the grid's column headers:
     
    • Report Name: The specific name of the report, such as Idle Daily Detail by Vehicle.
       
    • Run Date: The date and time that instance of the report was run.
       
    • Row Count: The number of rows of results the report returned.
       
    • Status: The current state of the report, such as Complete for a finished report. A value of In Progress means that the report is still running; you'll generally only see this for a long-running report (with thousands of rows of results).
       
    • Scheduled: Whether the report was run as an instance of a scheduled report — with a value of Yes or No.
       
  • And these are the options at the top right of the screen:
     
    • : Opens the Dashboards screen, which will show dashboards with overview data about your fleet — both prebuilt ones provided by CalAmp K-12 and customized ones you created yourself. (For more details, see Viewing a Dashboard and Creating a Custom Dashboard.) 
        
    • : Returns you to the Reports screen.  
       
    • : Launches the Scheduled Reports screen, which shows all the reports you have scheduled to run. If your user role has the Scheduled Report Admin privilege, you will be able to see all the scheduled reports in your organization (by all users). (See Viewing Scheduled Reports.) 
       
    • : Opens the Saved Reports screen, which lists reports you've saved and those of other users who included you in their list of recipients. (See Viewing Your Saved Reports.) 
        
  • Along the bottom of the screen are icons that enable you to navigate through the pages of data. See Paging Options for an explanation of these.
