To see all the reports you have saved, plus those of other users who included you in their list of saved-report recipients, follow these steps:

Note: For details on the features of the Reports screen, go to Navigating the Reports Screen. To see how to save a report, check out Saving a Report.

  1. Click  >> Reports.

    The Reports screen will appear.

  2. Click at the top right of the screen.

The Saved Reports screen will appear.

The icons in the grid will do the following:
Note: You may have noticed that some of the grid icons in the preceding figure are grayed out. This is because you can only view a report that someone else created, saved, and allowed you to see. You will only have the other options for the reports you yourself saved.
    • : Opens the parameters screen for the report, allowing you to change the options and run the report again with those modifications.

    • : Opens the Share Report window, in which you can update who can view the saved report, if you need to remove or add a recipient. (See Saving a Report for details.)

    • : Opens the report results as they were last run.

    • : Deletes the saved report. You'll be warned first with a confirmation dialog box.
Note: If the saved report is being used on a Dashboard, you won't be able to delete it without first removing it from there.
    • : Reruns the report with the same parameters as the saved report.

  • Here is an explanation of the grid's column headers:

    • Saved Name: The name given to the report when it was saved (to differentiate it from other saved reports of the same type), such as Speeding Daily Details by Vehicle (Last Week).

    • Report Name: The original name of the report, such as Idle Daily Detail by Vehicle.

    • Saved By: The user who saved the report, which will often be you.

    • Row Count: The number of rows of results the report returned.

    • Last Run: The date and time the report was most recently run.

    • On Dashboard: Whether the report is being used on a Dashboard. (See Creating a Custom Dashboard for details on creating your own dashboard and Viewing a Dashboard for specifics about the prebuilt ones.)

  • And these are the options at the top right of the screen:

    • : Opens the Dashboards screen, which will show Dashboards with overview data about your fleet — both prebuilt ones provided by CalAmp K-12 and customized ones you created yourself. (For more details, see Viewing a Dashboard and Creating a Custom Dashboard.)

    • : Returns you to the Reports screen.

    • : Launches the Scheduled Reports screen, which shows all the reports you have scheduled to run. If your user role has the Scheduled Report Admin privilege, you will be able to see all the scheduled reports in your organization (by all users). (See Viewing Scheduled Reports.)

    • : Opens the Report History screen, which lists all the reports you've run in the past 30 days and offers options to view, rerun, edit, and schedule them. (See Viewing Your Report History.)

  • Along the bottom of the screen are icons that enable you to navigate through the pages of data. See Paging Options for an explanation of these.
