If your organization has the Time and Attendance (TAA) module, you have access to the TAA Portal, a website (https://portal.synovia.com) where employees can obtain their time card data, clock in and out, approve their time cards, and request time off, depending on which options your TAA administrator has turned on.

This article describes the various features of the TAA Portal, which you access by browsing to https://portal.synovia.com and logging in on the Portal tab with your login ID (usually your employeee ID), password, and five-digit account number. (See Logging In to and Out of the TAA Portal for details.)

 

When the Time and Attendance Portal opens, the following menus will be available on the left, depending on which services your organization has enabled:
