The Time and Attendance (TAA) Portal (https://portal.synovia.com), included with the TAA module, enables employees to check their time cards — and approve them, if your organization has that set up (see Approving Your Time Card for details).

Checking Your Current Time Card


To view your time card for the current week, follow these steps:


  1. Log in to the TAA Portal (https://portal.synovia.com), as described in Logging In to and Out of the TAA Portal.
     
     
  2. Click Review Current Work.
     

    Your time card for the current week will appear.
       
  3. Review the shifts to make sure that they are correct.
     
  4. If you see any inaccuracies, talk to your manager or supervisor (or follow whatever practice your organization has in place to report time card errors).


Checking Your Past Time Cards


To view any of your earlier time cards, follow these steps:


  1. Log in to the TAA Portal (https://portal.synovia.com), as described in Logging In to and Out of the TAA Portal.
     
     
  2. Click Review Past Work.
     

    Your time card for the current week will appear.
     
  3. Click  at the top left of your time card to go back to the week you want to review.
       
  4. Review the shifts to make sure that they are correct.
     
  5. If you see any inaccuracies, talk to your manager or supervisor (or follow whatever practice your organization has in place to report time card errors).
