To change your TAA Portal password when you are already logged in to the portal, follow these steps:


Note: If you have forgotten your password and need to reset it, see Resetting Your TAA Portal Password from the Login Screen.


  1. Log in to the TAA Portal as shown in Logging In to and Out of the TAA Portal.

    The portal Home screen will appear.
     
     
  2. Click My Account.
     
    The My Account screen will appear.

     
  3. Type the password you used to log in in the Current Password field.
     
  4. Type the password you would like to use going forward in the New Password field.
      
  5. Type that password again in the Confirm Password field.
      
  6. Click Save in the Change Password area.

    The portal will report that your password has been changed.
      
  7. If you want to change your security question, click the Security Question drop-down arrow and select the new question you'd like to be prompted with in case of security issues.
      
  8. Type the response to that question in the Answer field.
      
  9. Click Save in the Security Question section.

    The portal will report that your security question has been updated.
