To change your TAA Portal password when you are already logged in to the portal, follow these steps:
Note: If you have forgotten your password and need to reset it, see Resetting Your TAA Portal Password from the Login Screen.
- Log in to the TAA Portal as shown in Logging In to and Out of the TAA Portal.
The portal Home screen will appear.
- Click My Account.
The My Account screen will appear.
- Type the password you used to log in in the Current Password field.
- Type the password you would like to use going forward in the New Password field.
- Type that password again in the Confirm Password field.
- Click Save in the Change Password area.
The portal will report that your password has been changed.
- If you want to change your security question, click the Security Question drop-down arrow and select the new question you'd like to be prompted with in case of security issues.
- Type the response to that question in the Answer field.
- Click Save in the Security Question section.
The portal will report that your security question has been updated.
