You can see what schedule has been assigned to an individual employee, as well as its details, as follows: 


Note: Each employee's schedule will also appear on their time cards, right next to their actual work hours, which is useful for monitoring how closely they are adhering to your timetable. (See Checking an Employee's Time Card.)


  1. Click  >> View Schedules.
     
    The View Schedules screen will appear and show the schedule of the first employee in your organization, alphabetically.
     
  2. Select the employee's name at the top left of the screen, type part of the name of the worker whose schedule you need to view, and click the name in the short list that appears.
    Note: Alternatively, you can click the drop-down arrow to the right of the employee's name at the top left of the screen, scroll through the list, and select the name you want.
    Their schedule will appear and display the shifts that are planned for them for the current week.
      
    Today will be highlighted in yellow. 
     
  3. To see daily totals, click  at the bottom left of the screen.
     
    The total hours scheduled for each day will appear beneath their columns (separated by job type), and you'll be able to see the grand total of hours planned for the week at the bottom right.
      
    You can remove the summary data from view by clicking .
     
  4. To see the employee's schedule for a different week, you can click (for an earlier week) or  (for a later week) at the top right of the screen as many times as necessary to find the correct time frame (or click the calendar picker and select a day within the week you want to view).
     
    To return to the current week, click Today.

  • : Opens the selected worker's employee record on a new tab. (See Viewing Employee Records.)
     
  • : Opens the Absences screen for the employee on a new tab, enabling you to view or enter absences for them. (See Viewing Employee Absences or Adding an Absence.)
     
  • : Opens the employee's time card on a new tab, on which you can check its details. (See Checking an Employee's Time Card.)
     
  • : Opens the Enter Attendance Events screen for the employee on a new tab, enabling you to view or enter attendance events for them.
