You can submit a request for a Vision video capture for a bus at a specific time frame as follows:

Caution: Your available video history depends on the dashcam's storage configuration and the vehicle's route activity.
- Click >> Video Requests.
The Video Requests screen will appear and display all your video requests from the past month, with the most recent requests on top.
- Click at the top right of the screen.
The Request Video dialog box will appear.
- Click the Vehicle Name drop-down arrow and select the bus name/number you are requesting a video for.
Note: Only vehicles equipped with Vision cameras will be included in the drop-down list. - To change the date of the requested video from the default of today, click the Date calendar picker and select the new day.
- To change the time of the requested video, click the Time picker and choose a new hour and minute from the list.
Note: Alternatively, you can begin to type the time value you want, and the time picker will jump down to the first matching hour of the day. - Click the Available Duration drop-down arrow and select how long of a video you need — one minute, three minutes, or five minutes.
- Click the Video Quality drop-down arrow and select how high you'd like the resolution and quality to be — 320 x 180, 640 x 360, or 1280 x 720 in standard or higher definition.
Caution: Higher-quality videos will take longer to process. - Click Submit Request.
The Video Successfully Requested! dialog box will appear.
Note: If the video isn't available (due to storage limitations on the dashcam, lack of route activity, or the capture being archived), a message will inform you of the fact.
Click Close to exit the Video Not Found dialog box. - In the Video Successfully Requested! dialog box, click Close.
- You can click at the top right of the screen to see your new request, which will appear at top of the grid.
At first, it will have a status of Processing.
- Return to the Video Requests screen later and click to see if the status has changed to Video Ready, which will mean you can click to view the video.
