To change your password when you are already logged in to the CalAmp K-12 mobile app, follow these steps:


Note: If you have forgotten your password and need to reset it, see Resetting a Forgotten Password from the Login Screen.


  1. Tap  at the top left of the screen.
    Note: If you are on certain screens (such as Vehicle Details), you'll need to tap Back first at the top left.
     
  2. Tap My Settings on the menu that appears.
     
    The My Settings screen will appear.
      
  3. In the User Settings area, tap Change Password.
     
    The Change Password screen will appear.
     
     
  4. Type your current password in the Enter Current Password field.
    Note: You can tap Show to display the characters so that you can verify them (and then tap Hide to mask them again).
  5. Type your new password in both the Enter New Password and Repeat Password fields.
    Note: The password must be longer than eight characters and contain at least one of each of the following: an uppercase letter, a lowercase letter, a number, and a special character.
  6. Tap Continue. 
     
    A success dialog box will appear.
       
  7. Tap OK.
     
    You'll be returned to the login screen, where you can use the new password to log in. (See Logging In and Out for details, if needed.)
