On the new Mail screen, you can read entire conversations, including messages sent from CalAmp K-12 and messages from the driver. Both sides of a thread will be displayed in the right pane, similar to how texts are displayed on a mobile phone.

If you have received a new message from a driver that was sent via their vehicle's MDT (mobile data terminal), in CalAmp K-12, an alert chime will be played, the mail icon in the site banner will become yellow, and the number of unacknowledged messages will appear under the icon, like this: .
