On the Active Tiers screen, you can see all your itineraries' details, including each route, tier, and stop they contain; what schools they service; their default bus, start time, and end time; if a substitution has been made for them (and what vehicles are involved); the total number of stops included; and when their last event was reported to Synovia.

The Active Tiers screen was designed shortly after the new Substitutions screen was piloted (the page was fully released in May 2022 — see Substitutions) in response to customer feedback that one feature they missed from the old screen, now called Substitutions Legacy, was that it listed all the itineraries. The Active Tiers page now will fill that need.

Note: You can also view itinerary information on the Itinerary Details screen, accessible via the search feature, as shown in Viewing Itinerary Details.

    • Last Event Time: The most recent date and time the vehicle reported to Synovia.

  2. To view the active itineraries for a different day, click the Date calendar picker at the top right of the screen, select the new date, and then click .

  3. If you need to view the details of a tier at the stop level, follow these steps:

    1. Find the row of the tier.
Note: If necessary, you can sort or filter the Tier or Route column to find the tier. See Sorting and Filtering Column Data for details.
    2. Expand the tier’s row by clicking  at the far left.

The details of each stop in the tier will be displayed, including the stop name, time, and bus name. If a substitution is involved in the tier, the original bus name will appear under Source Vehicle and originally assigned tier under Source Tier.

  4. You can export the grid data to an Excel spreadsheet by clicking

Along the bottom of the screen are icons that enable you to navigate through the pages of data. See Paging Options for an explanation of these.
