If you need to help a parent in your school district with their Here Comes the Bus (HCTB) account, you can do so from the HCTB Accounts screen. You can launch the Here Comes the Bus website within their account using the HCTB Proxy, as follows:

Note: To view the basic details of a parent's HCTB account, you can open the Account Details dialog box. See Viewing the Details of a HCTB Account for details. The icons at the top right of the HCTB Account screen offer other options. (See Navigating the HCTB Accounts Screen for an explanation of what they do.)

1. Click  >> HCTB Accounts.
    
   The HCTB Accounts screen will appear, listing all your HCTB accounts by account-holder name.
       
2. Click  in the row of the account you want to open in the HCTB Proxy.
    
   The Here Comes the Bus website will launch in your default browser, showing what the account holder sees when they use the HCTB web interface.
    
   
3. You can verify the Map view, Notifications settings, and My Account data and make any changes the parent has requested.
