If you need to help a parent in your school district with their Here Comes the Bus (HCTB) account, you can do so on the HCTB Accounts screen.

First, you can view and verify their basic account details, as follows:

Note: To make changes to the parent's HCTB account, you can log in to Here Comes the Bus as them using the HCTB Proxy. See Using the HCTB Proxy for details. Or you can use the icons at the top right. (See Navigating the HCTB Accounts Screen for an explanation of what they do.)

1. Click  >> HCTB Accounts.
    
   The HCTB Accounts screen will appear, listing all your HCTB accounts by account-holder name.
       
2. Click  in the row of the account whose details you want to see.
    
   The Account Details dialog box will appear.
    
   
3. After reading through and verifying the account details, you can return to the HCTB Accounts screen by clicking Back to List.
