If you need to track a vehicle that sent a message on a map, such as if they've been in an accident and require assistance, you can do so as follows:
Note: To find other vehicles near the one that sent the message (to locate the closest one that can provide aid, for example), see Mapping Vehicles near the Message Sender.

- Open the message's Details screen and read the message, as described in Reading a Message Sent from an MDT.
- Click
at the top right of the screen.
The Fleet Tracking screen will open in Watch Live mode and display the vehicle's current location.
- Another way to find nearby buses or trucks in your fleet is to right-click the vehicle's icon on the map and select Map Nearby Here. (See Mapping Vehicles near an Address.)
