If you have forgotten your TAA Portal password and need to reset it, follow these steps:


  1. Navigate to https://portal.synovia.com.
     
    The TAA Portal will appear with the Clock-In tab selected by default.
     
  2. Click the Portal tab.
     
     
  3. Type your login ID in the Login ID field. (Usually, your login ID is the same as your employee ID.)
     
  4. Type your CalAmp K-12 account number in the Account Number field.
     
  5. Click Forgot My Password.

    The Reset Password screen will appear.
        
  6. Type a more memorable password in the New Password field.
      
  7. Type that password again in the Confirm Password field.
      
  8. Click the Security Question drop-down arrow and select a question you'd like to be prompted with in case of security issues.
      
  9. Type the response to that question in the Answer field.
      
  10. Click Save at the bottom of the window.

    A dialog box will appear.
         
  11. Click OK.
      
    You'll be returned to the login screen, where you can now use your new password to log in on the Portal tab.
