On the Vision Portal Users screen, you will be able to add Vision users, modify their profiles, and add new roles. You can't do that currently, however, as there is a known bug that is hiding the Users page; when you go to  >> Users now, the portal shows a copy of the Home screen (covered in Using the Home Screen).
