This is the data you'll find in the grid:

  • Vehicle: The identifier for the vehicle, usually the bus number.

  • Time: The date and time of the event being displayed on the map.

  • Event: The event reported to CalAmp at the minute you are viewing.

  • Speed: The vehicle's speed in miles or kilometers per hour at that time.

  • Heading: If the vehicle was in motion, the direction it was heading.

  • Location: The vehicle's address (or zone) at the time being viewed.

  • RSSI: RSSI stands for received signal strength indicator, which measures how well the vehicle's device can obtain a signal. (RSSI's scale is from -26 to -100, and values higher than -60 are good.)

  • SATS: The GPS satellite count. (A number of 8 or higher indicates that the bus's LMU has reliable connectivity.)
