It is not likely that you will need to add a Vision camera device to the CalAmp K-12 site, as a CalAmp representative will usually take care of that for you. But if the need should arise, you can do so by following these steps:

1. Click  >> Inventory.
    
   The Inventory screen will appear.
     
2. Click the Other Equipment tab.
    
   All your camera devices will be listed, sorted in ascending order by ESN (electronic serial number).
     
3. Click  at the top right of the screen.
    
   The Add New Additional Equipment Item screen will appear.
     
4. Type a name for the camera device in the Name field, such as "Bus 101's Camera."
    
5. Type the camera's ESN in the ESN field.
    
   The Equipment Type list will be prepopulated with a selection of iON Vision Camera and grayed out, as you cannot change this.
    
6. Click the Vehicle drop-down arrow and select the name/number of the bus the camera has been installed in.
    
7. Optionally, add any comments you have in the Notes field.
    
8. Click  at the top right of the screen.
    
   An "Items Saved" success message will appear at the top right, and you'll be returned to the Other Equipment tab of the Inventory screen. The new camera device will appear in the list.
