You can change your basic Synovia user settings such as your username, phone number, mobile number, and cellular carrier as follows:


  1. In the site banner, click .

    The User Settings screen will appear.

     
  2. To change your username, select the text in the Name box and type your new name.
     
  3. To change your phone number and/or mobile number, select the text in the Phone and Mobile fields, respectively, and type the new numbers.
    Note: You must input your mobile number and cellular provider if you need to receive Synovia alerts via text.
  4. To update your cellular carrier, click the Carrier drop-down arrow, scroll through the list, and select the provider's name.
    Note: For details on changing the other settings on the User Settings screen, see Changing Your Default Startup Screen, Changing Your Password When Logged In, and Changing Your Language Setting.

    Warning: You cannot change your email address, as this has been set up by your organization as your approved login name and contact email. If you need to change this, contact your in-house Synovia administrator.
  5. Click  at the top right of the screen.
