To change your password when you are already logged in to Synovia, follow these steps:


Note: If you have forgotten your password and need to reset it, see Resetting a Forgotten Password from the Login Screen.


  1. In the site banner, click .

    The User Settings screen will appear.

     
  2. Click Change Synovia Fleet User Password.
     
    The Change Password dialog box will appear.
     
     
  3. Type your current password in the first field.
     
  4. Type the password you want to use going forward in the New Password field.
     
  5. Type your new password again in the Repeat New Password field.
     
  6. Click Change Password.
     
    A warning dialog box will appear.
       
  7. Click Yes.
     
    A success message will appear at the top right.
