On the Installations screen, you can view installation data for your vehicles, such as when and where the install occurred, who performed it, the location of the device in the vehicle, and a PDF attachment of the installation form filled out by the installer (which includes pictures of the mounted device), as follows:


  1. Click  >> Installations.
     
    The Installations screen will appear.
     
     
    By default, the screen will show only the most recent installation activity, with one row per vehicle.
     
  2. To change the screen to display all entered installation information, click .
     
    Now, an individual vehicle that has more than one install record (such as one for the initial installation and another for a replacement) will have multiple rows.
     
    Another default is to show only vehicles that have had an install documented.
     
  3. To instead list all your organization's vehicles, click .
     
  4. To see all the installation records for a vehicle, click  on the far left of its row.
     
    The vehicle's Installations details window will appear, listing all the entered installations for it.
     

    Note: You can also see the installation data for an individual vehicle on the Edit Vehicle screen's Install tab. (See Viewing and Adding Installation Records for a Vehicle for details.)
  5. You can log an additional install by clicking Add Installation. (See Adding an Installation Record for details.)
     
  6. To see the form filled out by the installer for an installation, click in its row. (See Examining an Installation Form for details.)
     
    Here is an explanation of the column headers and other options at the top right of the screen:
     
    • Vehicle: The name of the vehicle, usually a number.
       
    • Primary Group: The primary fleet group the vehicle is assigned to.
       
    • Date: The date the device was installed.
       
    • Action: The type of activity, such as New Install or Repair.
       
    • Vehicle Location: Where the install occurred.
       
    • Installer: The individual who performed the installation.
       
    • LMU Location: The location of the device in the vehicle.
       
    • Attachment: Whether or not the installation form completed by the installer has been included as an attachment you can download (N or ). (See Examining an Installation Form for details.)
       
    • Notes: Any additional comments the installer had about the installation.
       
    • : Refreshes the data on the screen (which can be especially useful if new installation data is being added by another user).
       
    • : Saves the data as a PDF you can print.
       
    • : Exports the grid data to an Excel spreadsheet.


Along the bottom of the screen are icons that enable you to navigate through the pages of data. See Paging Options for an explanation of these.
