If you need to check to see how many people in your organization are assigned to a particular role — and which users are assigned to which roles, follow these steps:


  1. Click  >> Roles.
     
    The Roles screen will appear.
     
     
  2. To see how many users are assigned to a certain role, check the Users value in its row — for example, there are 13 users assigned to the Dispatcher role in the preceding figure.
     
  3. To see which users are assigned to a role, click  to the left of the role's name.
     
    The Edit Role screen will appear.
         
  4. All the users assigned to the role will appear in the Users list below the Name field.
     
  5.  Click  to return to the Roles screen.
