On the HCTB Settings screen, you can specify messages to be shown to users when they are creating a Here Comes the Bus (HCTB) account through the app. You can add messages that tell them how to obtain student ID information and their school code and how to report incorrect bus stop data. This article covers how to set the third of these, to be displayed when the app lists their student's stops, informing the parent whom to contact if any of those stops is wrong.

Note: For more information about the HCTB Settings screen, go to What Settings Are on the HCTB Settings Screen?.

    • To report your student's bus stop as incorrect, please contact the school administrative offices between 9:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. at (555)555-1234.
