If you need to delete a message from your Inbox of messages from your drivers (sent via the MDTs [mobile data terminals]), you can do so as follows:
Note: For information about sending and receiving messages from the MDTs, including the features of the Mail screen, see Navigating the Mail Screen.
- Click
(if you have no unacknowledged messages) or 
(if you have unacknowledged messages, with the number of unread ones below the icon) in the site banner.
The Mail screen will appear.
- Click
in the row of the message you want to delete.
A warning dialog box will appear.
- Click Yes.
A success message will appear at the top right of the screen, and the message will be removed from your Inbox.
Note: The steps to delete a message from your Outbox (which contains the ones that you've sent from Synovia to your drivers) are the same as these; the only difference is to click the Outbox tab before step 2 above.
