If you have Time and Attendance (TAA), you can track a driver’s movements in your vehicles, or an entire department’s vehicle use. To do so, follow these steps:

  1. Click  >> Fleet Tracking.

The Fleet Tracking screen will appear and display a map of your area.

  2. At the top of the map, click the Drivers drop-down arrow.

  3. Click the drop-down arrow to the left of the employee department containing the driver you want to track.
Note: To track an entire department of employees, click the department's name instead of the down arrow.

  4. Click the driver's name.
Note: Alternatively, you can type part of the driver's name in the Search box (and wait a second) to find them.
The vehicle the driver is currently operating will appear on the map, and its tracking information will appear in the grid beneath the map.

Note: To make the Drivers list disappear, click anywhere outside of the panel (or click Drivers again).

Fleet Tracking will automatically begin watching the vehicle in real time (called Watch Live). To turn off the Watch Live feature, click  in the map toolbar at the top right. (See Watching Vehicles Live for more information.)
Note: The driver needs to be currently clocked in to be able to track them. Any driver who isn't clocked in will have a grayed-out name, whereas clocked-in drivers' names will be in a normal-weighted font.
See Tracking a Vehicle for a description of the grid's column headers.
