CalAmp K-12 (https://login.synovia.com)
- On the Vehicle History screen, removed the ability to choose the color of the path line when using the Connect the Points feature if the user is plotting history for multiple vehicles, plus added a message saying that system-generated colors will be used.
- Added Part Number and Part Desc columns to the Hardware screen (the latter of which will display a description of the part, if one is available).
- Fixed a bug on the Change Password and login screens with tabbing from one field/control to the next.
Comparative Analysis
- For consortium customers, made it possible to run the Arrival Summary by Itinerary (Bell Time), Arrival Summary by Itinerary (Route Time), and Planned vs. Actual Stops Summary by Itinerary Legacy reports at the operator level and return results for all the districts served by the selected operator.
Here Comes the Bus
- For customers with the new PvA engine, added the ability to send multiple notifications to a parent for a tier for cases in which the bus enters their stop radius twice.
Note: Modifying the maximum allowable number of notifications per tier is done via the Max Notification Count per Tier setting in Preferences >> Settings; contact your customer success manager (CSM) if you need this updated. (By default, it will be set to 1.) - In CalAmp K-12, added Vehicle Name, Route Name, and Tier Name columns to the Ride Requests screen.
Time and Attendance
- For customers using a Generic export, extended the Generic Employee Assignments screen with four new attribute columns (which can be added by mapping them on the Import Employees screen). The new fields can be imported and exported for employees.
Engine Diagnostics
- On the OBDII - Light Duty and J1708/1939 - Heavy Duty screens, removed the red color-coding that indicated that vehicles hadn’t reported for the last 24 hours (a feature that was added in release 2025.24), as false values made it look like functioning devices weren’t reporting to CalAmp K-12.
JSON API
- Added a new method, /enginediagnostics/fueleconomyhistory, for Engine Diagnostics customers, which will return mileage, mileage units, engine hours, amount of fuel used, and idle time for the specified vehicles for a time range of up to 30 days.
