  • In report results, changed the expanded Report Parameters data (at the top of the results pane) to show the This Week to Date dates starting with Sunday instead of Monday (as the results are returning).


Comparative Analysis


  • On the Itinerary Mapping tab of the Mapping screen, added Last Modified By and Last Modified Date columns to the grid, which will show the username of the person who made the last change to the itinerary and the date/time the edit occurred, respectively.
  • On the Itinerary Mapping tab of the Mapping screen, added validation that will prevent backdating vehicle assignments. (The calendar control will now allow only selections of today and later.)


Here Comes the Bus


  • Fixed a bug that would send notifications to parents about calendar exceptions a day early. (This could result in a notice about a two-hour delay, for example, for the wrong day.)


Time and Attendance


  • Improved the Assign Schedules screen as follows:
    • Added a new column, Job Types. If more than one job type is applicable, all will be listed (separated by a semicolon).
    • Changed the Vehicles column to show all the vehicle names if there are more than one (separated by a semicolon).
    • Improved the Search Employee feature by adding an Employee Type drop-down list (which will enable users to limit the returned employees to just the selected type) and an Exclude Employees with Schedules toggle (which, when selected, will return only employees without an assigned schedule).
    • Added two export buttons at the top right. The first will export all the employees with assigned schedules to a CSV (comma-separated value) file; the second will export all active employees without an assigned schedule to a CSV file.
  • Made the following improvements to the Schedules tab of TAA System Settings in the Job Schedule Definitions area:
    • Added the ability to delete a definition (via a new  icon at the far right of each row).
    • Made the time values consistent for edit and view mode. (Now both will include “AM” or “PM”; previously, the view mode was missing this.)
    • Fixed a UI issue that was misaligning the column headers and the corresponding column data for an expanded definition when viewed at a smaller resolution.
  • Added the VIN (vehicle identification number) to the Vehicle Use report. This will appear to the right of the vehicle name and date.
  • Fixed an issue with the Work Monitor that wasn’t showing the error “An existing absence overlaps with the absence to be created for this employee” when users tried to add a duplicate absence.
  • Fixed an issue that was displaying incorrect Start Date values on the Generic Employee Assignments screen. (The database was making an unnecessary and ultimately incorrect time conversion.)
