  • Changed the URL link in alert emails to include the account number the alert was created under, so if the user clicking the link is logged in to that account, the alert data will load. If the user is logged in to a different account, an error will appear informing them of the account they will need to use to view the alert information.
  • On the Add/Edit Role screen, added a Set User Default Screen toggle to the Synovia Fleet Privileges tab of the Privileges section and enabled it by default for the Administrator and System Administrator roles. With this right, admins will be able to change the screen that launches by default for new users, which is imperative if those users have a role that can view a single screen, such as the School Monitor. (In this example, the admin would have to set the default screen to the School Monitor for new users; otherwise, the software would try to direct them to Fleet Tracking, which they aren’t allowed to see.)

Time and Attendance

  • Added a new report, Clock in Status by Date, that will show when employees were punched in in a specified time frame (given date/time ranges as parameters). The results will look similar to the Who’s Logged In report, which lists the employees that are currently clocked in. In addition, made the new report capable of being scheduled.
  • In the Work Monitor, made the horizontal divider line above the lower grid movable, so users can click and drag it to give that grid more (or less) screen real estate.
