  • Added a Posted Speed column to the Route Daily Details by Vehicle report, which will show the posted speed limit where the event occurred.


Here Comes the Bus


  • For customers using the Cancel-a-Ride feature, in CalAmp K-12, changed the name of the Transportation Requests screen to “Ride Requests.”

    In addition, changed the Ride Requests screen’s Display Canceled Requests button to “Display Canceled Ride Requests” and the HCTB Accounts screen’s Skip-a-Ride Only button to “Active Ride Requests.” 


Comparative Analysis


  • In the Route Monitor, fixed an issue that wasn’t displaying the options selected in Settings. (For example, if the user selected only the At Risk status, all the status types would still be shown in the grid and on the map.)


Dispatch Monitor


  • Added validation that will prevent the wrong shift from being clocked in for an employee (such as if the clock-in occurred during the morning but was entered for a PM route).
  • Fixed a bug that wasn’t including the vehicle name for an employee’s shift if they were clocked in via the Dispatch Monitor.
  • Fixed a bug that wasn’t displaying Actual Employee or Actual/Substitute Vehicle values for a tier if a substitution had been made for it.
  • Fixed an issue that was including an entire tier’s data on the time card for newly clocked-in employees, even if their shift covered only part of that tier.
  • Fixed a bug that wasn’t including all the tiers from a route for a clocked-in driver for substitute buses if the driver was covering different tiers for the route.
  • Fixed a bug that was reporting an incorrect vehicle for shifts if the driver was driving a bus that had a later tier substituted out.


Time and Attendance


  • On the TAA System Administration >> Holidays screen, added toggles to the Add/Edit Holiday pane that will enable users to select/deselect all the employee types and the Paid option for all the types (labeled “Select All”).
