  • Changed the green color elements on all the screens to blue — a dark blue for some items and light blue for others.
  • Changed the System Administration >> Inventory screen to ignore group assignments for roles so that it will display all the devices, all the time.
  • Fixed an issue that was causing the Hardware screen to load slowly.


Here Comes the Bus


  • For customers using the Cancel a Ride feature, in CalAmp K-12, made user interface changes to the dialog box that appears when a school/transportation department user cancels an active transportation request, placing the student name on its own line within the “Are you sure . . .” prompt and centering the text.
  • For customers using the Cancel a Ride feature, in CalAmp K-12, added validation to the date selectors that will prevent a time range selection of more than one year.
  • For customers using the Cancel a Ride feature, in CalAmp K-12, added validation that will prevent cancellation requests that aren’t in the current calendar school year.
  • For customers who have the Filter drop-down box on the CalAmp K-12 HCTB Accounts screen, removed the redundant filter icons next to the column names.


Dispatch Monitor


Note: The Dispatch Monitor is an add-on service with an additional monthly fee. It requires both the Comparative Analysis and Time and Attendance modules, plus new PvA.


  • Improved the Check Driver In feature by displaying the change to the route’s status as soon as the user saves the clock-in. (Previously, the status wasn’t updated until the screen refreshed.)


Time and Attendance


  • Added the date and time the employee logged in via the TAA Portal or mobile app, plus the date and time their password was last changed, to the TAA Core >> Employees screen. These will be displayed to the right of the Change Password button.
  • Changed how an employee’s last logon date is stored in the database (as the previous method would incorrectly override the value if the employee’s password had been changed).
  • Changed how timestamps for employee scans are stored in the database to ensure that both the date and time will be available in the Last Scan Date column of the Active Employees with No Scans report.
  • Fixed an issue that would allow inactive employees to log in to the TAA Portal.
