  • For customers using CalAmp Vision, added a Vision Library screen, on which you can find videos available for a chosen time range. The grid will display the group, vehicle name/number, LMU ESN, camera ESN, event type, video URL, and event time.
  • Fixed a bug that was showing CalAmp Vision events on the Events screen for non-Vision customers.


Inspections


  • On the Inspection Results Details screen, changed how the items are listed to displaying them by group sequence and item sequence number. (Previously, they were ordered by group name and item ID.) 
  • Fixed a bug in the Edit Work Order pane of the Work Orders screen that wouldn’t save the Last Updated By username or date if a user chose a Fixed or Declined status for the whole work order and then saved their changes. (It would initially appear changed, but then would show the previous Last Updated By values when viewed again.)


Comparative Analysis


  • On the School Monitor, fixed a bug that wouldn’t display a Planned value for a route if a substitution had been made for it.


Here Comes the Bus (App Version 3.6 and Website)


  • Added a new Cancel a Ride screen, which enables account holders to inform the school that their students won’t be riding the bus for specific routes (such as the AM or PM ride) and dates. This includes a Reason section, with options Sick, Suspended, Death in Family, and Other (in which parents can type the reason — for example, if the student has an after-school activity).
     
    In addition, account holders can view past ride cancellations on the new Cancel-a-Ride History screen.
    Note: Contact your customer success manager (CSM) to enable this feature for you. (CSMs: You do so by selecting the Transportation Request toggle on the HCTB Settings and Features tab of the HCTB Licenses screen.)

Here Comes the Bus App Version 3.6


  • For school districts using a district app for their parents and students, added the ability to include a link in their app that will launch the HCTB app (if they have both apps installed on their mobile devices).
  • For students who use Bus Pass in the HCTB app to scan on the bus, changed how the student drop-down list is displayed so that the list now appears over the bar code or QR code. (Previously, the list wouldn’t show all the names if an account had several students and would just stop when it reached the code.)

  • On the Add/Edit Activity screen, added a scroll bar to the Activity Tags section if the number of tags causes the section’s height to obscure the Activity Schedule area.
  • Improved the performance of the HCTB Accounts screen, which will make it load faster.


Comparative Analysis/Time and Attendance

Note: The Dispatch Monitor is an add-on service with an additional monthly fee. It requires both the Comparative Analysis and Time and Attendance modules, plus new PvA.

  • Fixed a bug that was displaying the Dispatch Monitor’s performance categories for reports they didn’t pertain to (that have a Performance Type section on the parameters screen).
  • Fixed a bug with the Dispatch Monitor that wouldn’t show the routes for a new time of day (TOD) if the user had kept the screen open after viewing an earlier TOD.


Time and Attendance


  • For customers using the Individual Scans or Individual Scans Batch Export Subtype option (available only with a Generic export), added a Rounded Punch Time field option to the Export Mapping tab of the Export Time screen, which will show the rounded punch times instead of actual times in the export.
  • Fixed a bug with the Assign Schedules screen that was showing the wrong employee count per schedule in the Employees column.
  • Fixed an issue with the Hours Summary report that wouldn’t populate the Employee ID field for any employee who had only absences or holidays during the chosen time frame.
