- For customers licensing the Dispatch Monitor feature, if an employee clocks in before the PM time of day window Dispatch Monitor will now show the correct status. Previously, this scenario would always display a route in a Pending status.
- Fixed a display issue on the System Administration >> Roles >> Add Role screen wherein the roles would combine into a single column after visiting the Vehicles screen.
Here Comes the Bus
- For accounts licensing Here Comes the Bus, introduced the HCTB >> Transportation Requests screen. This allows a fleet admin to view ride modifications from users of the Here Comes the Bus app. Users will have the ability to submit ride cancellations for specific reasons over a date range.
Note: Contact your CalAmp K-12 CSM/support representative to fully enable the Transportation Request feature. Enabling additional licensing is required to fully support this feature. Also, users of the Here Comes the Bus app must be using version 3.6 (or later), which is soon planned for release.
Mobile Data Terminals
- Added a new scan type of Auto Scan Off from MDT to the Scan History report. This status will denote passenger records that were still on the MDT after a driver clocked out or switched to a new tier.
- Used the newly created Auto Scan Off from MDT scan type to more accurately reflect live student counts on both the Fleet Tracking and Ridership Monitor screens.
Note: In order to make use of the Auto Scan Off from MDT scan type, MDTs must be using version 2024.02/2024.02.n or higher.
