If your school district uses CalAmp K-12 to manage time and attendance, you can check your work shifts and approve your time using the CalAmp K-12 mobile app as follows:


  1. Tap  at the top left of the screen.
    Note: If you are on certain screens (such as the Stop List page), you'll need to tap Back first at the top left.
    The main menu will be displayed.
      
  2. Tap TimeCard.
     
    The TimeCard screen will appear and list the past six weeks, with the current one on top.
      
  3. Select the radio button of the week containing the shifts you want to view.
     
    Your time card for the chosen week will appear. It will show the total time you worked that week at the top, with daily totals below that.
      
  4. You can tap a day to expand it and see the shifts that have been recorded for you for that day, including the job types and hours.
      
  5. You can tap to the right of the week to see the following week's shifts — or  to see the preceding week.
     
  6. If your district has employee time card approval set up, you can approve a past week's hours as follows:
    Note: Often, you can approve a time card only for completed weeks — that is, not the current week, as that pay period isn't finished yet. If that's the case for you, the Approve button will be grayed out for this week's shifts.
    1. View the week in question as shown above.
       
    2. Verify that the hours are accurate.
       
    3. Tap the Approve button to the right of the week's total time.
        
      A dialog box will appear, informing you that the approval has been been submitted (and at what date and time).
         
    4. Tap OK.
