- On the Fleet Tracking screen, fixed a bug that was preventing the Weather Radar map layer from loading.
Here Comes the Bus
- Made several changes to the HCTB Visibility tab of the HCTB Settings screen, including adding more options that will allow users to more precisely control when the bus is visible. For starting visibility, there will now be Display Always and Only When Tier Starts radio buttons for AM/MID/PM, plus time offsets. For stopping visibility, users can choose from Never, Home Stop Complete, and School Stop Complete.
- Fixed an issue with incorrect file-type validation that wouldn’t allow users to bulk load activities.
- Fixed a bug that was preventing notifications from being sent to consortium customers.
Time and Attendance
- On the Absence Requests screen, made it possible to change past comments if there are two approvers and one needs to update their response. Also, fixed an issue that was producing an error instead of creating the absence in the system when the second approver changed to a “Request Approved” answer.
- On the Absence Requests screen, added the request status to the Decline/Approve Request dialog box and any previous comments, along with making it possible to update the comments.
- Made the error text more explanatory if an employee has no active ID; this will now say, “Your Asset ID is not active. Contact your supervisor.”
- Fixed several issues with the Absence Requests screen, including the hours not being saved and duplicating requests if a second approver changes their response.
