Mobile App

• Added French as a supported language.
• Fixed a bug with the Create Absence Request screen that wasn’t displaying all of the request form (which prevented employees from being able to submit absence requests) due to Android and iOS user interface issues.

Inspections

• In release 2022.26 in Synovia, Edit was added as a top-right option to the Inspection Results Details screen, which enabled users with Can Edit rights to change results for most types of fields. Now fields with the Time and DateTime data types are also editable.
  
  If a user edits the inspection this way, at the top of the Details screen will be the text “Edited on [date and time] by Username.”
  
  NOTE: A super admin must turn on the Edit feature for your account on the Settings screen, using the setting Allow Inspection Results Editing.
• In the app, changed inspection subitems with the Time and DateTime data types to display the time in a 12-hour format (instead of 24).
• In the app, fixed a bug that wasn’t requiring some inspection subitems to be filled out that were marked as Is Required in the inspection template form.

Comparative Analysis (New PvA Engine)

• On the Fleet Tracking screen, fixed a performance issue that slowed the loading of results for a single substitute vehicle (although multiple vehicles loaded quickly).

Here Comes the Bus

• In the account-activation welcome email, removed the sentence saying the user can delete the registration and replaced it with “You will not be able to log in to HCTB until your account has been activated.” This will fix the rare cases when the parent would receive a second email saying that their account was deleted as a part of the validation process.

Time and Attendance

• On the TAA System Administration >> Pay Rates screen, fixed a bug that wasn’t displaying inactive employees in the list after users selected the Show Inactive Employees toggle.
