Synovia Site (https://login.synovia.com)

  • On the Fleet Tracking screen, fixed an issue with the “X Vehicles” label just above the top right of the map that would show the incorrect count when tracking a single vehicle.

Comparative Analysis (new PvA Engine)

    • The following columns will now be in this order: Time, Deviation, Duration, Avg. Time.
    • These are the column header changes:

      Old Column Header

  • Fixed an issue with the new Planned vs. Actual by Stop screen that was displaying duplicate stops in the Select Stop window (when using the By Stop tab in the Options filter).
  • Fixed a bug on the Edit Substitution screen that wasn’t displaying all the substitute buses (if there is more than one target vehicle) when users clicked the Show Details (eyeball) icon in the Original Vehicle list.
  • Fixed a bug on the new School Monitor that wasn’t showing a tier that had been merged with another tier when the user selected the source school.

Student Ridership

  • Fixed an issue that was leaving the Driver Names and Driver IDs columns unpopulated in the Scan History SPED Ridership report results if the driver’s shift was incomplete.
  • Fixed an issue with several Ridership reports that wasn’t reporting the correct number of student scans on and off. (We improved our handling of double scans from both the driver and student and other duplications.)
  • Fixed an issue with the Ridership Daily Detail report that was showing duplicate scans in the results.

Here Comes the Bus

  • Updated the Contact Support KB article to provide more specific information.
  • Fixed an issue with creating a new account that was sending two emails, one that said the account was deleted and another with an activation link that didn’t work.
  • Fixed a bug with the Add Activity Zone feature that wasn’t processing an entered address correctly if it was in a different city than the default one for the school district. (It would return a location in the default city instead.)
  • Fixed an issue with the Edit Notification Radius screen in the app that would display the error “No Map Data Found,” even though the Map screen showed the map.

Time and Attendance (in the Synovia Interface)

  • In Export Time, expanded the maximum days allowed for approval to 40. (Previously, the maximum was 30, which could be problematic if users are approving a month’s worth of time for a month that has 31 days.)
  • Fixed a bug with the Job Types for Employee Type screen (accessible by clicking the Assign Job Type icon on the Employee Types page) that was including job types that weren’t allowed for the selected employee type. This was causing Invalid Job Code shift exceptions that were excluding employees from being exported even after the exceptions were corrected.
  • Fixed misspellings on the Schedules tab of TAA System Settings.
