Synovia Site (https://login.synovia.com)

• Fixed an issue with the Edit Location screen that was allowing users to move vehicles from the Out of Yard list into In Yard and appear to save the changes but then wasn’t actually making the save.

Inspections

• In Synovia, fixed an issue with the Inspection Results Details screen that was incorrectly displaying Pass values in the Result column for items that weren’t required and hadn’t been entered, if the form was completed on an MDT. Now, those values will correctly show empty results if the data type isn’t Pass/Fail. (Note that this was not an issue for inspections filled out via the Synovia app.)
• In Synovia, fixed an issue with the Inspection Results Details screen that was incorrectly displaying empty results for the Subitem Result column for Pass/Fail subitems that weren’t required and hadn’t been entered. Now, those values will correctly show Pass results (as Pass/Fail items assume a Pass value if they aren’t failed).

Time and Attendance (in the Synovia Interface)

• Added validation to the Absences screen that won’t allow an absence to be added that doesn’t specify a date, absence type, and time frame. In addition, added a message to the screen that will prompt users to create an absence type if the account doesn’t have any.
• For customers using time card approval, added an Approve Time button to the top-right options of the time card. This will be disabled for employees with incomplete shifts and if the employee is required to approve the time card first (and hasn’t yet done so).
• Fixed an issue that wouldn’t allow employees to be assigned a schedule for a single day. (Synovia would return an error if the start and end dates were the same in the Assign Schedule dialog box.)

Engine Diagnostics

• In Synovia, fixed an issue with the OBDII - Light Duty screen that was producing an error if a user tried to change the width of a column (even after the Chrome fix applied in release 2022.11).
