  • Added a new tab to the Add/Edit Alert screen’s Alert Settings area, Itineraries, which will appear when users select a Route Alert type, that enables them to filter the alert triggering by itinerary/route.
  • Fixed an issue with alerts using the Route Alert type and a Missed or Late event not sending notices or appearing on the Alerts screen.
  • Fixed an issue with scheduled reports that sometimes wasn’t emailing the reports out due to server issues.


Comparative Analysis


  • Launched a new Planned vs. Actual engine, which includes a new method of substituting vehicles, additions to the PvA by Stop screen, and new beta School and Route Monitors. As this is still in beta, not every customer will have access immediately; you’ll need to request that your screens be enabled if you’d like to be included in the preview group.
  • Reduced the time it takes for the Planned vs. Actual by Stop screen to launch (after users clicked the View PvA by Stop icon).


Student Ridership


  • Revisited the change made in release 2022.05 to prevent the Student Ridership Daily Details by Vehicle report from failing if there are special characters in a student’s boarding card ID (such as ??); we are now adding a check that will extract such symbols. This will apply to all ridership reports, as well as fault code ones.


Time and Attendance (in the Synovia Interface)


  • Added changes to employees’ properties as values we store in the database, so any such edits (such as modifying an employee’s base hours) will now appear in the Audit Trail report.
