  • On the Vehicle History screen, added a Select All check box to the Vehicles filter (left of the Clear button) that, when checked, will select all the vehicles in the tree.
  • Improved backend processing so that exceptions will be handled better (and to help prevent events not being reported to Synovia).
  • Fixed an issue with editing a user that wouldn’t save their zone category assignments if the account has a large number of zone categories.
  • Fixed an issue with the way discarding multiple Work in Progress tasks at once was handled that was affecting performance.
  • Fixed a bug with the Authentication History report that was returning results outside of the selected time of day.


Inspections


  • In Synovia, made the following modifications to the Inspection Results screen:
    • Changed the Inspection Start and Inspection End column names to match the similar columns in Inspection reports (Inspection Start Time and Inspection End Time).
    • For Inspection Form, Inspection Start Time, and Inspection End Time field values that are too long for the entirety to be visible, added a tooltip that will display the full name when users hover over the text. The same addition was made for the Details screen of an inspection for the Group Name, Name, and Result fields.
    • Removed the Subitem Attachment column.


Student Ridership


  • Fixed an issue with a few of the Scan History reports that was causing them to fail to load any results.


Time and Attendance (in the Synovia Interface)


  • Changed the notice on the TAA Core >> Attendance Events screen that informed users that they had not configured attendance event monitoring yet (on the Attendance tab of TAA System Settings) from an error that popped up at the top right (and then disappeared) to a validation warning in place of the grid results.
  • Fixed an issue that wasn’t reporting employees’ approval of their time cards via the TAA Portal to the system if their shift went past midnight (due to the backend process of how split shifts are handled).
  • On the Shift Exceptions screen, fixed a bug that was returning results for First Name/Last Name pairs of just numbers if the user selected an individual employee and Invalid Job Code Assignment (instead of just results for that one employee).
  • Fixed an issue with the Hours Daily Total by Job Type report that was returning duplicate results.
  • Fixed an issue with the Hours Summary report that was causing it to fail to load any results.
