Synovia Site (https://login.synovia.com)

  • Improved the process of adding a new location by separating the address search functionality into Basic and Advanced options. Basic offers the current one field to enter the address, and Advanced has separate fields for the city, street, state, and zip code.
  • Fixed a bug with vehicle filters for reports that would add vehicles to the results that hadn’t been selected — and then, after the user returned to the parameters screen, would have all the vehicles chosen.

Inspections

  • In Synovia, added a new report, Vehicle Inspection and Work Order Details, that returns results for both inspections and work orders, including the status of all items (such as Pass/Fail for the inspections and Fixed/In Progress for the work orders) for the specified time period.
  • In Synovia, fixed an issue with the Inspection Results screen’s Inspection Forms filter that was splitting the form groupings differently than the Inspection report’s parameters screen.

Here Comes the Bus

  • In Synovia, on the History tab of the HCTB Messaging screen, fixed an issue that was displaying the statuses of messages that had been scheduled previously and sent as “Scheduled” instead of “Sent.”

Time and Attendance (in the Synovia Interface)

  • Re-created the Employee Properties screen that was available in legacy TAA (now accessible from the TAA System Administration menu). This will enable customers to create one more level of employee categorization, if needed, such as specifying where the employees’ shifts start (and assign employees to the new categories).
