Synovia Site (https://login.synovia.com)
- On the Fleet Tracking screen, fixed a bug with the export to Excel that was placing the grid values in the wrong column (one column to the left, starting with the Activities column – so the date/time would be under Activities, the event under Time, ignition status under Event, and so on).
Inspections
- In Synovia, fixed an issue with the Vehicle Inspection report that would return Pass in the Item Result column for any item that didn’t have a value specified, for all datatypes (even Number and Date). Now, if no value is reported for those fields by the driver, they will be empty.
Time and Attendance (in the Synovia Interface)
- For HCTB customers using activities, added validation to ensure that users without the Edit Activities permission couldn’t see the Activities list on the Time Card edit screen.
- For HCTB customers using activities, fixed a bug that wasn’t recording the correct times if a second employee clocked in to perform an activity and that wasn’t displaying the activity on the Add/Edit Activity pop-up (from the Time Card edit screen).
- Fixed an issue with the Hours Daily Total by Job Type report that would return the message “No results found. Please try again” for Synovia TAA but produced results for legacy TAA.
- Fixed an issue with the Shift Analyzer that was returning the error “Shift Analyzer could not find any shifts!” even though shifts existed for the entered time frame.
Synovia JSON API
- Added the method enginediagnostics\jpod1, with parameters vehicleids, groupids, and date, that will return JPOD data such as odometer value, average fuel consumption, and total engine hours.
Engine Diagnostics
- In Synovia, on the Engine Diagnostics >> OBDII - Light Duty screen, fixed an issue that was displaying low values for some vehicles for Fuel Level Remaining (Gal), even though the Fuel Level % fields showed almost 100.
