  • Fixed an issue that was preventing exporting the Employee Field Export report to PDF.
  • Fixed an issue with editing time cards that would remove activities if the user opened the Edit Shift screen and then hit the Back button to return to the time card.
  • For both legacy and Synovia TAA, fixed several issues with absence requests, including the employee not receiving an approval email, duplicate historical records on the Absence Requests screen, primary approvers being sent the email designed for secondary approvers to inform them that they didn't need to respond because the approval was already made up the chain, and secondary approvers not seeing the requests on the Absence Requests screen.

  • In Synovia, improved the Activities feature by making it available the day the license is turned on. (Previously, due to a backend process, this required 24 hours to work.)
  • Handled a problem that occurred due to the Word/Excel practice of appending a leading or following space when copying and pasting, so users who copied/pasted their email address and school code on the login screen of the HCTB website had extra spaces in the fields; now the website will trim those.
  • In Synovia, fixed an issue that was causing a long load time for the HCTB Messaging screen.
  • Fixed an issue that was preventing some parents from receiving email and push notifications.
