  • Added a searchable VIN column to the System Administration >> Vehicles screen.
  • Improved the validation for the process of bulk loading students, providing clearer error messages for errors in the file, plus the option to continue with the upload even if the file contains small errors.
  • Fixed an issue that would return an error when users tried to delete reports from the Report History screen.
  • Fixed a bug with the Input Daily Details by Vehicle report's results that was formatting the vehicle names in the Vehicle column as if they still led to a drill-down report (even though that child report, Input Billing Details by Vehicle, was removed in release 2019.21 because it didn't work with ALK Maps, Synovia's map provider).


Student Ridership


  • Added a new Student Ridership report, Scan History SPED Ridership Medicaid, which provides information about student scans on special education routes, plus Medicaid and wheelchair data.
  • Fixed a bug with the Scan History Daily Details by Vehicle report's results that wasn't displaying data in the Primary Group and Vehicle columns for users who were assigned to only one group.


Time and Attendance (in the Synovia Interface)


  • In the TAA Portal, for customers who have their employees approve their time cards, added a check to see if an employee has already approved their shifts; if they have, when they click the Approve button, the message "Time card is already approved" will appear.
  • Fixed a bug that was allowing locked shifts to be edited via the Quick Edit dialog box (accessed by clicking a shift on the Time Cards screen and then selecting the Quick Edit icon).
  • Fixed an issue that would select the Show Inactive Employees toggle for all the tabs on the Export screen when it was selected on one tab.
  • Fixed a bug that would export time to Excel even if a different file type was selected on the Export Time screen's Settings tab.
