Inspections

  • In Synovia, on the System Administration >> Inspection Setup >> Add New Item screen, added a new Prepopulate Value toggle (available only for certain datatypes), which displays Default Value Category and Default Value Field drop-down lists. This enables users to create items with default values they specify already chosen — for example, Make, Model, and Year items that pull the data from the Vehicle Properties screen. (Note, however, that items with prepopulated values can't have subitems.)
  • Added a new inspection datatype, Drawing, for use when performing inspections in the Synovia app. This will allow the driver to draw with a stylus or finger (such as for a Signature field).

Time and Attendance

  • Added an Export Type filter for these TAA-in-Synovia reports (with options Excel and PDF): Active Employees with No Scans, Active Employees with No Scans by Day, Approaching Overtime, Approve, Attendance Events, CMS Time Card, Contract Time by Schedule by Day, Daily Attendance, Guaranteed vs. Actual Work (Day), Hours Summary by Route ID, Mileage by Job Type, Mileage by Shift, Payroll Summary, Planned vs. Actual Work, Portal Audit, Schedule Based Time Card, and Total Contract by Shift Time Card.
  • On the Synovia TAA Time Cards >> Shift Exceptions screen's exception right-click menu, the option Change Employee Assign opens an employee tree from which the correct employee can be selected; in legacy TAA, that list included the workers' punch IDs after their names. We added those punch IDs to the TAA-in-Synovia version as well.
  • Added the Include Inactive Employees check box to the TAA-in-Synovia Approve report parameters screen.
  • Added two column headers to the results of the TAA-in-Synovia Hours Summary by Route ID report results, Total Hours and Rounded Total Hours, which solved the previous problem of the values overlapping.
  • Fixed a bug with the TAA-in-Synovia Approve report that was duplicating employees in the results.
  • Fixed a bug with the TAA-in-Synovia Employee Field Export report results that was preventing the Employee Type column from being populated for employees who had an end date set for their employee type.
  • Fixed a bug with the TAA-in-Synovia Employee Field Export report's export to Excel that was displaying multiple rows for each employee.
  • Fixed an issue that wasn't displaying the property fields on the Synovia TAA Core >> Employees screen for employees that had missing data.
