  • Added a new Student Ridership report, Student Ridership Contact Tracing. Note that this needs to be turned on by your CSM or Customer Support (support@synoviasolutions.com).


Time and Attendance


  • Added the TAA report Contract Time Card to the Synovia interface. If you have the TAA screens turned on in Synovia, you will find the report in Core >> Reports in the report category TAA Reports.
  • In Synovia, added a new setting, TAA Enabled in Synovia Fleet, which will be off by default. (Turning this on won’t turn on the TAA-in-Synovia screens; your CSM or Customer Support will have to do that via a new button only Synovia employees can see – Enable TAA in Synovia Fleet [on the licenses screen using the Synovia admin role]; the new button both enables the TAA screens and reports and switches the new setting on.)
  • On the TAA-in-Synovia Portal/MDT Settings screen’s Employee Settings tab, added an explanation when users aren’t able to change an employee’s password (due to no punch ID being assigned).
  • In Synovia, made the email of scheduled reports for Standard Time Card and Missed Punch (added in 2020.23) match other reports, including the standard From field, Subject, To, and message body, plus attachment.
  • Fixed a bug that was preventing employees from logging in via the TAA Portal after their punch IDs were updated.
  • Fixed a bug that was displaying duplicate employees in the Select Driver list on the parameters screen for the TAA-in-Synovia Standard Time Card report for employees with multiple shifts that hadn’t been closed.
  • Fixed a bug with the TAA-in-Synovia Missed Punch report that wasn’t recognizing the first job type listed on the parameters screen.
