  • Improved the load time of the Assign Vehicles for Group screen so that the In Group and Out of Group lists will be displayed more quickly.


Synovia App


  • For TAA customers, added the ability for drivers to clock in and out via mobile devices (instead of using an MDT or the TAA Portal) using the Synovia app. This feature needs to be turned on by your CSM or Customer Support (support@synoviasolutions.com).
  • For TAA customers, made it possible for drivers to use the Synovia app to perform inspections.


Time and Attendance


  • Re-created all the TAA screens within the Synovia platform, so the user can now choose between the legacy TAA software (which will continue to be available) and the new UI within the Synovia site (https://login.synovia.com). The Synovia TAA environment consists of three menu items: TAA Core (which contains the link to legacy TAA, the Work Monitor, and basic TAA screens such as Absences, Employees, and Export Time), TAA Time Cards (which contains the Schedule screens, Time Cards, and Shift Exceptions), and TAA System Administration.
     
    Contact your CSM or Customer Support (support@synoviasolutions.com) to have the new TAA-in-Synovia screens turned on for your account.
     
    Note that TAA reports haven't been moved to Synovia yet, so those are still available only in legacy TAA.
  • For consortium customers, added support for prefixes for master schedules.
