  • Added a new Filters drop-down panel to the Students screen that's available only if there are over 20,000 records to make filtering by certain properties easier and faster.
  • Added a new field to the Add/Edit Vehicle Properties tab: License Plate State/Province.
  • Updated the French translations for the Report screen's top-right icons' text.
  • Fixed the display of notes in the Alert pop-up dialog box to wrap and include a scroll bar if they are longer than one line.
  • Fixed an issue with bulk loading updates to student boarding card data (such as activating or deactivating cards).
  • Fixed the Add/Edit Group screen to display all the group settings that have been enabled (such as Fleet Timezone Offset and Fleet Timezone Offset DST).
  • Fixed a UI issue on the Vehicles screen that wasn't keeping selected vehicles highlighted when users went to other pages of results and then returned.

  • Fixed a bug with exporting report results to PDF that would produce an empty file if the user had sorted or filtered a column.
  • Fixed an issue with the Work in Progress screen that was keeping tasks as needing to be completed even if the user finished them or confirmed to discard an edit.
  • Fixed a bug on the Hardware screen that kept the RMA Selected icon enabled if the user selected a device and then used Settings to show only certain status types (even if that device was no longer displayed).
  • Fixed a bug that wasn't allowing roles to be deleted, even if no users were assigned to them.
  • Fixed a bug with User Settings (launched from the banner icon) that wouldn't save a language change made with the Localization drop-down list.
  • Fixed an issue on the Users screen that would close the Bulk Load dialog box if the user clicked elsewhere on the screen.

  • Added the ability for users to rearrange the PvA by Stop screen's grid columns (and save the new layout).
  • Added a new tile to the CA at-a-glance dashboard, Duplicated Vehicles, which will show the number of duplicate vehicles the customer has, and a corresponding report that will list the duplicates.
  • Added the missing Clear Filter and Apply buttons to the Attendance screen's Filters drop-down panel.
  • Fixed capitalization and punctuation on the Attendance screen's Filters drop-down panel.
  • Fixed a bug with Rider History that was displaying results for 24 hours prior to the selected time frame when the Show All Student Scans on Any Vehicle radio button was selected.
  • Fixed spelling on the Rider History screen's Options panel.
  • Fixed an issue that was preventing data from appearing for the Ridership Monitor.
  • On the Attendance screen, fixed a bug with the Generalize Data Field in Settings that wasn't changing the values if the user removed their current Empty and Not Empty text.

  • Fixed a bug with Itinerary Mapping that wasn't allowing users to assign a vehicle to an itinerary after it was previously unassigned using the None option.
  • For consortium customers, fixed a bug with Itinerary Mapping that was breaking the mapping for a vehicle if it had the same legacy ID as a vehicle in another district.
  • Fixed the color coding for the School Monitor, Route Monitor, and Yard Monitor, which wasn't working (such as Late rows being red).
  • Fixed a bug with exporting the results of the Last Night Import Data vs. 7 Days report that would produce an empty PDF (for both the Export as PDF and Export as Excel options).


Time and Attendance


  • In the Synovia Work Monitor, when clocking out an employee, changed the default date format for the Punch In Date field to the U.S. order of month/day/year (rather than day/month/year).
  • Fixed a bug that was replacing the Trip ID with an incorrect value when employees transferred from one job type to another.


Here Comes the Bus


  • Added a new Filters drop-down panel to the HCTB Accounts screen that's available only if there are over 20,000 records to make filtering by certain properties easier and faster.
  • Added a new subcategory to the Here Comes the Bus reports, HCTB Heat Maps, with a HCTB Stops report. This will show a color-coded map of how many students are attached to HCTB accounts so that school districts can check how many parents are using HCTB, by area and by school.
  • Added an Enable for HCTB drop-down list to the School location edit screen.
  • Added a new tile to the HCTB at-a-glance dashboard, Validated HCTB Accounts, which will show a percentage of how many parents have validated their accounts, and a corresponding report that will list the account holders and their individual validation status.
  • Fixed an issue that wasn't applying the customer's time zone settings when sending out bus substitution notifications.
