Correlated to the Service Manager is a category of reports called Maintenance; these reports provide information about services that have been performed and logged for your vehicles, list ones that are planned for the future, and display cost data. To see the Maintenance reports, follow these steps:


  1. Click  >> Reports.
     
    The Reports screen will appear and list the Synovia reports by category on the left.
     
  2. In the Synovia Reports list on the left, scroll down to and click Maintenance.
     

    The Maintenance reports will appear on the right; they provide this data:

    • Service History Summary by Primary Group: A count of all the services for each of your primary fleet groups that were logged within the date range.
       
       
    • Service History Summary by Vehicle: A count of the services logged for each vehicle in your fleet within the date range.
       
       
    • Service History Daily Summary by Vehicle: A count of the services logged for each vehicle in your fleet, with each date a service was performed in its own row.
       
       
    • Service History Detail by Vehicle: Details for all the services performed on your vehicles, listed by vehicle name and including the date performed, name of the service, odometer value, engine hours, estimated cost, actual cost, and notes.
       
       
    • Vehicle Service Schedule: A list of all upcoming services scheduled for your vehicles, reported by vehicle name, the service's status (such as Pending, Overdue, or Ok), name of the service, miles to be driven before the service is due, and due date. The list is sorted by vehicle name, but you can sort by the Due Date column instead to see what vehicles are due for maintenance next. (See Sorting and Filtering Column Data.)
       
       
    • Vehicle Service Cost Detail: Details about each vehicle that had a service performed over the time range, listed by vehicle name and including the make, model, and year of the vehicle; assigned driver; name of the service; date the service was completed; estimated cost; actual cost; and notes. At the bottom right of the grid will be the sum total of the Cost columns and the average estimated cost and average actual cost.
       
       
    • Vehicle Service Cost Summary: A count of the services logged for each vehicle in your fleet and the total actual cost of each one's services. Includes vehicle details such the make, model, and year; the assigned driver; the odometer value; a count of any past due services for each vehicle; and the total estimated cost. At the bottom of the grid will be the sum total of the number of services performed over the time period, the sum totals of their actual and estimated costs, and the average actual cost and average estimated cost.
