Note: There is no release notes article for 2019.15 because its changes were only internal to Synovia — just behind-the-scenes fixes that make our software better!

Synovia Site (https://login.synovia.com)

  • Changed the Core menu item named "Reports (Beta)" to just "Reports."
  • Fixed an issue that produced an error when trying to export the Hardware screen to Excel.
  • Fixed a bug that wasn't displaying vehicles without events in the Event Count report results even if the user selected Include in Results for Show All Vehicles/Events.
  • Added aggregate footers to several reports in the new reporting engine, including Input Time & Mileage, Idle, Planned vs. Actual Stop, Location Arrival (Bell Time), Location Arrival (Route Time), Inspection, and Maintenance.
  • Added the ability for users to include aggregate footers in their customized report layouts.

Time and Attendance

Note: The Work Monitor (on the Synovia site), the subject of the following TAA items, is available currently to just beta test users.

  • For TAA customers, in the Synovia Work Monitor, added the ability for users to expand and collapse all the departments in the tree.
  • In the Work Monitor, added a right-click menu option for employees who are clocked in of Check Driver Out, which clocks the employee out.
  • In the Work Monitor, added the ability to filter the display to show only specific employee types.
  • In the Work Monitor, added the ability to see how an employee was clocked in; if an administrator clocked them in in TAA without a vehicle number, "TAA Source" will appear in the Actual Vehicle column, and a clock-in from the Work Monitor will display "Manual."
  • In the Work Monitor, added an At Risk option that will define employees who are close to starting their shifts late based on their schedules (and an At Risk time setting that is slightly less than the Late setting).

MDTs

  • In Synovia, fixed an issue with derived route calls causing the PvA Navigation screen to freeze.
