  • For TAA customers, added a new Synovia menu option under Time and Attendance, Work Monitor, which will both carry forward the feature from Silverlining and replace the offering within TAA. The new Work Monitor enables users to view by department which employees are currently clocked in and out, which schedule they’re assigned to and when that schedule was supposed to begin (if assigned to one in TAA), what vehicle/itinerary they’re assigned to, and substitution data including sub driver and vehicle. (Note that the Work Monitor is currently in beta, available to only a few test customers who are helping with our initial analysis.)
  • Added a 12th Inspection report to the beta reporting engine, Vehicle Inspection Summary, which returns the total number of items that passed and failed in an inspection.
  • For the customer environments with a single district and multiple operators, added the ability to transfer vehicles from one operator to another, using the Transfer icon on the System Administration >> Vehicles screen.
  • Fixed an issue that wasn’t displaying the new Zones drop-down panel in Fleet Tracking for all customers.
  • Fixed a bug with the new Zones drop-down panel in Fleet Tracking that didn’t update which vehicles were displayed when users clicked the Clear Map option and selected a different zone category.


Time and Attendance

  • Fixed a bug with the View Schedules screen that wasn’t displaying any schedule data when using the right-click Edit options.
  • Added two new totals to the Time Card screen, contract time and scheduled time, for customers using the Contract Hours by Schedule by Day export.
  • Added validation that won’t allow a scheduled report to be saved if recipients aren’t specified.
  • Changed the Time Card - View privilege to allow users to only see the Time Card edit screen – and not be able to change or add shifts – and separated out the modification privileges to the Time Card - Edit privilege.


MDTs


  • Added the total hours worked for the week to the top right of the Hours screen.
  • Fixed a bug in which the prompt to perform an inspection would launch the wrong screen if two employees were logged in on the device.
  • Fixed an issue that wasn’t carrying over a zone deletion made in Synovia to the MDTs; now, the zone will also be removed from the devices.
